About Us

Frequently Asked Questions

Clarity is one of our core values. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.

Do I have to live in Tennessee to work with you?

Yes. Our firm specializes in exclusively serving Tennessee residents and business owners. Since tax laws and regulations vary significantly from state to state, we focus on Tennessee and the tax laws that affect our state and local communities.

Do you file Non-Profit or Estate returns?

No. We do not currently file:

  • Non-Profit returns (Form 990)
  • Estate/Trust returns (Form 1041)
How do I send you my documents?

Security is our top priority. We utilize a secure, encrypted client portal for all document transfers.

You will receive a unique login where you can upload PDFs or snap photos of your tax documents from your phone. Please do not email sensitive documents (like SSNs) as email is not secure.

Can you file an extension for me?

Yes. If you are waiting on documents or need more time, we can file an automatic 6-month extension for you.

Important: An extension to file is not an extension to pay. If you expect a balance due, make sure to make an estimated payment before the April deadline to avoid interest and penalties.

How does your pricing work?

We operate with transparent, flat-fee pricing packages designed to fit your specific needs.

We provide a clear quote upfront, so you know exactly what you are paying before any work begins—no hourly billing surprises.

Does your bookkeeping include payroll, bill pay, etc.?

No. Our bookkeeping services aim to keep things simple for your business. We do not handle regular back-office tasks such as payroll, paying bills, or collecting sales tax. However, we are happy to refer you to trusted partners who specialize in these services.
